Earlier this year, when rent-control legislation was introduced in the Colorado Senate, State Senator Dylan Roberts cast the decisive vote to kill the legislation when it was heard by the Senate Local Government and Housing Committee. But this Fall, Colorado Senate Democrats elected a new majority leader who then promptly removed Roberts from the housing committee, replacing him with Senator Faith Winters, a supporter of rent control. – Colorado Politics
