Voters in Colorado want solutions to the state’s housing crisis, but based on a recent poll, these same voters appear to support maintaining the status quo with respect to who makes housing policy and how. Nearly three quarters of voters believe that local land-use policies are “ineffective and headed in the wrong direction.” Still, nearly half of respondents said that they trust local governments, not the state government, to solve the housing affordability problem. – Colorado Politics
